General Terms and Conditions:
1. The Customer may cancel the scheduled appointment by giving no less than 48 hours notice working days (Monday-Friday). Anything less than this will incur a 50% charge of the cost of the scheduled works.
2. Our technicians require access to parking for all works, if parking is unavailable, any parking metres will be at the cost of the customer.
3. Running water and electricity is required to complete the booking.
4. Please move any furniture in which you require the carpet cleaning under. Our technician may be able to help you with this, but this is at their discretion. We recommend moving this prior to our arrival. We will not be liable for any damages.
5. Payment is due on booking of the service in the form of bank transfer, unless stated otherwise at the point of booking. Smart Cleaning reserves the right to cancel services without notice due to failed transactions or non-cleared funds.
6. Smart Cleaning will not be liable for any incurred costs due to late arrival of a technician. We endeavour to arrive promptly and within a clearly stated and agreed timeframe for all booked work, but transportation problems, road conditions, breakdown of our equipment or vehicle issues are beyond our operatives’ control and sometimes results in delays. These unforeseen delays can sometimes necessitate re-scheduling.
7.Smart Cleaning shall not be liable under any circumstances for loss, damages, delay, costs or compensation (whether direct, indirect or consequential) which may be incurred by the Client arising from or any way connected with the Company carrying out services for the Client.
8. If in the unfortunate event you’re an not satisfied by the services provided, we must be informed in writing via email within 24 hours of completion of the works for us to rectify this.
